Steering Committee

The Forum's executive authority is invested in the Steering Group which, according to the constitution comprises five Business and five Resident members, and up to five Community members.

There are also three sub-committees for dealing with:

Gordon Morrison (Resident)
Steering Group Chair

Gordon has spent most of his career in the construction industry covering a range of activities including maintenance and development. Since selling his construction business in 2001, he has built up a large farming enterprise and property and investment portfolio. In addition to his business activities, Gordon has chaired a number of national and international charities focuses on childhood cancer and has been a Governor of the University of Hertfordshire between 2006-2018.

Sandeep Bhalla (Business)
Sandeep is General Manager of The Connaught in Mayfair, which he joined as Hotel Manager in 2018. Sandeep has +25 years of experience working with 5 Star hotels; prior to The Connaught he worked at The Berkeley in Knighstbridge.

Nicola Rochfort (Business) 
Nicola leads on Community Engagement for Grosvenor and is committed to involving local people in the future of Mayfair and its ongoing management. Nicola champions the business-wide commitments Grosvenor made in their community charter, Positive Space, enabling teams to deliver effective local engagement.


Fr Dominic Robinson SJ (Community)
Fr Dominic Robinson is Parish Priest at Farm Street Church, the Jesuit Church in London, situated in the heart of Mayfair. Farm Street and the London Jesuit Centre on Mount Street are a place of welcome, worship, education and service attracting people from across London and further afield.  A particular focus of Farm Street's outreach is to the street population and poor, in which they work together with local hospitality and civic authorities.  Fr Dominic has lived and worked at Mount Street since 2008.

Natasha Mitchell (Community)
Natasha is Director of Corporate Services at the Royal Academy of Arts. The RA is an independent, privately funded institution led by eminent artists and architects which has operated out of its landmark estate in Mayfair since 1867. Its purpose is to promote outstanding achievement in art and architecture and expand public appreciation and enjoyment of art. Graham Barnes (Community)
Graham has lived in the West End since 2011 on retiring from an international business career. He became a local magistrate that same year and was appointed Churchwarden of St George’s, Hanover Square in 2017. As a local resident, Graham is keen to encourage the continued improvement which can best be achieved by residents, businesses, the community and local authority working together.


Edward Watts (Resident) 

Edward is an Oscar-nominated, BAFTA and Emmy award-winning filmmaker and human rights campaigner. He has longstanding roots in Shepherd Market and is a passionate advocate for the area and its community.

Zaria Pinchbeck (Resident)

Zaria has run a PR company for the last 19 years, which was established following a career latterly working in-house for ASDA Walmart in corporate communications. Since November 2019, Zaria’s  PR agency has been part of a wider company based in New York. Zaria is interested in promoting diversity and inclusion, and also supports a number of charities including Teenage Cancer Trust and Modern Muse and she has previously been a school governor.

Jeremy Bishop (Resident)

In 2009, after many years running public and private companies around the world,  Jeremy relocated from California to Mayfair, where he and his wife have owned a home since 2005. Attracted by Mayfair’s central location and the quality of life that it offers, Jeremy enjoys London’s theatres, opera houses, galleries, parks and museums. His connection to London extends to the City, where he is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers.
